If you are in the market to build a new home, now is a great time. Utilize the Metropolitan Builders Association’s website and their free magazine, Abode for ideas.

To be eligible for the drawing, entrants must be 21 years of age or above and currently be in the market to build a home. Entrants must be currently building or be pre-qualified by a reputable mortgage lender to be eligible to win. Verification of pre-qualification status will take place before the prize is awarded.

If you are not currently pre-qualified with a mortgage lender, please contact an MBA member to begin the process.

The drawing will take place between August 15, 2008 and September 15, 2008 from all eligible applicants. All additional taxes, fees, etc are the responsibility of the winner.
